Amount settlement will be done on a weekly basis from eazy deals by deducting 1 % of TCS and EazyDeals commission amount.

Yes 1 % TCS Deduction will be done, the retailer will recover this 1 % at the time of return filing .

  • Local pickup and delivery service will be handled and managed by the local Eazy Deals channel partner, through Eazy Deals virtual platform under different delivery slots.
  • Working of delivery boys will be based on different time slots. So that in every two to three hours he can collect all the orders of the same root and go for delivery.
  • As we know retail partners, delivery boys, and customers are mapped and connected through Google GPS , Our application will provide information to the delivery boy that how many orders are ready to pick up from which stores and location of delivery through Google GPS.

When the customer selects the delivery time then the notification of order with time slot will be sent to the retail partner and delivery boy ,each slot will have a time difference of minimum two hours, delivery boy will pick up the order from the retail partners as per time slot allotted for different orders. This will help the retailer to take the sufficient time for packaging of order and to put it ready to pick up for delivery. Below are the order operational Stots.

8. Is there any return policy ?

  • Customers can return or replace that particular product as per his convenience by updating his reasons, If there is a difference found in quantity, quality and brand of product on our web app.
  • Up to two door step order cancellation no questions will be asked but on the third attempt we need a valid reason also we will charge rs 50 to place the next order.
  • As we have promised to deliver the order within the given time slot, we make sure to be on time but if due to weather or traffic conditions our order delays we will try to make proper communication and complete it ASAP. We will appreciate your support for this.
  • Because we promise to deliver your order within four to five hours, we expect you to cancel the order before it is out for delivery if you wish to cancel it.

9. What are the mode payments?

There are two ways for handling sales transactions

  • Store Pickup : customer can pick up his packed order from the store that he placed through EazyDeals and pay to the retailer through cash or by payment gateway.
  • Home Delivery: the delivery boy picks the packed orders from the store and delivers to the customer's address. Customers will pay the bill amount either by QR Code of EazyDeals or by COD. The Channel Partner will transfer the COD amount in the account of EazyDeals and EazyDeals will transfer / settle in the retailer's account within seven days.

10. Is there any credit facility ?

Retailers can add the customers to his “Credit Account” holder list, By doing this retailer will provide credit facilities to their loyal customers up to 40 days. And he can settle the account within 40 days. We know Credit facility depends only on the loyalty of financial and personal relation between customers and retailers, Eazy Deals will not be liable to pay any debts, if the customer fails paying the credit amount.

11. What is the procedure of barcode scan?

As we know most of the product having the bar code ,retailers will add the product through barcode, which helps the customer and retailer to identify the product details automatically.

The same “Ghar Ka Parcha“ can be created on our virtual panel by the customer on our web app. It will be circulated among the registered retailers , so that they can coat their price on it. This will help the customer to get the best price from different stores. And he can place the order to any one of them as per his choice, also he can place his order for one or more retailers.

15. Is there any special discount and offers for customers ?

Yes.All discounts and offers will be available for customers from different retailers.
